Responsibilities:
- Organizing effective teamwork in performing structural calculations, organizing procurement, and technical assessments of materials
- Participating in meetings, preparing technical specifications and estimates
- Monitoring task completion and tracking labor costs
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction (mechanical or technical, with significant construction experience)
- At least 7 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in structural calculations
- Proficient in Lira Soft and Lira CAD; at least basic knowledge of NanoCAD (AutoCAD)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Excellent organizational skills, commitment, and a proactive approach to solving complex problems
- Experience managing a small team and working in a team
- Willingness to travel to sites in Russia
- English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation
