Responsibilities:
- Development of process engineering and resolution of complex technical issues at the conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design stages
- Process engineering design, documentation review and approval
- Completion of process engineering within budget and schedule, ensuring the technical integrity of projects
- Preparation of process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, process descriptions, piping diagrams, instrumentation and control systems, and P&IDs
- Development of explanatory notes, calculations in accordance with internal procedures, and responsibility for their accuracy
- Verification of compliance of methods, standards, and data used with Russian legislation and customer requirements
- Employee training
- Support during the State and Industrial Safety Expertise (GGE) and Industrial Safety Expertise (ISE)
- Development of design documentation in accordance with Russian Government Resolution No. 87
- Development of working documentation
Requirements:
- Higher education in the following fields: "Oil and Gas Engineering," "Operation and Maintenance of Oil, Gas, and Refined Product Transportation and Storage Facilities," or similar
- Additional training programs in the relevant field
- At least 10 years of experience in designing process systems for the treatment and transportation of oil, gas, and LNG
- Experience developing design documentation (explanatory notes for Resolution No. 87), passing the State Gas Expertise (GGE), Industrial Safety Expertise (EPS), knowledge of Russian NTD
- Experience performing process calculations (pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, safety valves, etc.), modeling in HYSYS (including dynamic modeling), knowledge of equipment control principles
- Skills in selecting process equipment and creating questionnaires Participation in Hazop, Hazid, SIL, and other safety reviews
- Knowledge of international standards (Shell DEP, API), experience working with offshore facilities (platforms, subsea production systems), and collaboration with foreign companies will be an advantage companies
- English proficiency at the following level: reading technical documentation, participating in meetings, writing requests
