TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new suppliers, evaluate their capacity, quality and price, and ensure the stability of suppliers.
- Responsible for RFQ, CBE, PO signed, Expediting, On-time delivery, and quality.
- Responsible for registration, maintenance and tracking of purchase orders, management of procurement contracts, filing of documents, and submission of payment applications.
- Collect the information of suppliers, prepared and review of supplier documents.
- Responsible for communicating with the project team, understand their requirements, prepare procurement plans in accordance with project construction plan and material information.
- To organize the reception and inspection of materials/equipment.
- Responsible for dealing with the unqualified products in time and tracing the quality certificates.
- Analyze the market price of the main purchased products, and control the cost.
- Other task if required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- College degree or higher degree.
- Can communicate in Chinese and Russian, preferably also English.
- 1~3 years’ experience of procurement, familiar with the local market.
- Familiar with procurement business, with good communication skills, negotiation skills and cost awareness.
- Professional ethics: integrity, self-discipline, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
