Responsibilities:
- Formation and development of the company's internal and external talent pool
- Management of the young specialists program: conducting structured interviews, interacting with management and program participants, organizing regular meetings and preparing educational programs, analyzing effectiveness, and implementing improvements.
- Managing the Young Specialists Council (YSS), including serving as its chairperson: developing and implementing strategies and annual plans for scientific and practical, educational, and cultural activities.
- Participation in youth movements and interacting with top management on issues of developing and retaining young employees.
- Managing the internship program: developing a strategy, interacting with universities, organizing student recruitment, assigning interns to business units, preparing documents, conducting interviews and events following their internships, and maintaining a database.
- Organizing and conducting career guidance events in regional schools to increase the talent pool, encouraging schoolchildren to participate in the company's educational grant competitions.
- Participating in organizing and holding the company's annual scientific and practical conference.
Requirements:
- Higher relevant education
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- English proficiency at least at the Intermediate (B1) level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management
