TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the management of safety equipment, equipment, and establish a system.
- Be responsible for emergency response and establish a system.
- As a member of the committee, conduct training for employees in the company and issue electrical safety certificates.
- Conduct safety training;
- Be responsible for all kinds of PTW management on site and carry out PTW work.
- Conduct on-site safety inspection, and track and rectify the items found in the inspection.
- Attend safety meetings and be responsible for tracking the requirements put forward by the owner and submitting reports.
- Incident investigation.
- Establish a safety and emergency system to meet Russian legal requirements; Supervise high-risk work such as lifting and forklift.
- Assist HSE manager.
- Other task if required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Have 10 years of Labor Protection Officer experience in offshore industry.
- Possess electrical safety certificates (not less than Grade 5) and other relevant certificates, and can be a member of the committee to issue certificates to employees in the company.
- Have industrial safety certificate, and can manage activities such as lifting and forklift.
- Have 10 years of safety management experience in offshore industry.
- Familiar with Russian local laws and regulations, able to fulfill government and legal requirements.
- Familiar with site safety management.
- Good in English and Russian.
- Basic computer skills.
