Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely completion of design work in accordance with approved schedules and budgets
Project progress monitoring, compliance with standard hours and quality standards
Conducting technical reviews of design documentation within the scope of competencies
Reviewing and coordinating design products from the electrical engineering department and the power supply and telecommunications departments
Calculating loads for electrical equipment, cable lines, protective devices, lighting systems, uninterruptible power supplies, and electric heating
Designing cable lines and grounding systems, analyzing short-circuit currents
Selection and technical assessment of electrical equipment for hazardous areas, electric motors, and transformers
Preparing technical specifications and questionnaires for equipment and materials
Assessing and monitoring equipment compliance with standards and certification requirements
Conducting on-site inspections, measurements, and testing of electrical equipment as needed
Participating in production risk assessments and interacting with customers on technical issues
Participating in internal meetings and coordinating work with contractors
Use of the Company's information systems and software
Use of enhanced electronic signatures as directed by management
Creation of intellectual property within the scope of job responsibilities
Mentoring and enhancing the competencies of department employees
Assessing the qualifications of employees and contractors
Participation in personnel selection: resume screening, interviews, and candidate feedback
Developing the department's budget and participating in financial resource planning
Making proposals and monitoring the implementation of the employee training plan
Participation in the development and review of the Company's internal regulations
Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and promptly communicating changes

Requirements:

Higher specialized (technical) education
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing oil and gas field or other hazardous industrial facilities
Proficiency in the software used in the company, as well as specialized software related to the work profile
Experience with regulatory and reference documentation, administrative, methodological, and regulatory materials
Ability to read, understand, and develop design specifications
Skills in estimating standard hours for work performed according to specifications
Ability to develop work schedules taking into account department resources
Reading, understanding, modifying, and developing electrical drawings (electrical supply, grounding, and protection diagrams)
Proficiency in Russian and international electrical power supply codes and standards
Development of documentation on strategies for the input, output, and modernization of electrical devices and power supply systems
Knowledge of the operating principles and technical characteristics of electrical power supply systems
Understanding the requirements and technical characteristics of electrical equipment and materials, including Explosion-proof equipment
Knowledge of the methods and operating principles of electrical protection and installations
Skills in performing calculations and analyzing operating modes for designing power supply systems
Experience selecting electrical equipment and grounding systems
Selection of electrical equipment for hazardous areas
Preparing specifications and data sheets for electrical equipment and materials
Understanding the operating principles and management of power supply and load distribution systems
Knowledge of requirements for developing design documentation and document management
Knowledge of international, national, and industry standards, fire and industrial safety regulations
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, NanoCAD, and other programs
